* All content, code, and software developed under contract shall remain the intellectual property of \TECHGENPLUS IT (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED unless otherwise agreed.
* Clients receive a non-transferable license to use the deliverables for business purposes.
* You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software without our prior written consent.

* Both parties shall maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information.

* We are not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses, including market losses caused by software like algo trading or copy trading.
* Use of financial instruments/software is at your own risk.

* For breach of agreement or these Terms.
* For unlawful, unethical, or fraudulent activity.
* If payment obligations are not met.
